One person reading the fine print with you

I help drivers understand vehicle service contracts before they sign, so a repair bill never shows up as a surprise.

My story

Why I started reading contracts for other drivers

I kept meeting drivers who learned the rules of their plan at the worst moment, standing at a service counter with a broken car and a stack of paperwork.

Most of them had a contract. Few of them knew what it actually said. PrimeFixAuto is how I try to change that: I read the parts list, the exclusions and the claim steps, then explain them in words that make sense away from the shop.

I do not repair cars and I do not write contracts. My job is to help you see what a plan says so you can decide for yourself.

How I work

Three habits I bring to every conversation

I read before I talk

I go through the wording of a plan first, so what I tell you comes from the contract itself and never from a sales sheet.

I start with your vehicle

Mileage, the age of the car and the way you drive all change which terms matter, so I ask about them before anything else.

I leave the decision with you

I lay out the tradeoffs side by side. Whether a plan is worth it for your car stays entirely your choice.

Before the next repair

Bring me your questions while the car runs fine

A quick look at your vehicle details helps me point out which plan terms deserve a closer read.

Who I help

Drivers who want straight answers

Owners near the end of a factory warranty

You still have coverage today and want to know what changes the moment it runs out.

Drivers with plenty of miles behind them

Your car has seen a lot of road, and you wonder which plans still look at older parts.

Shoppers comparing two quotes

Two contracts can sound alike and read very differently. I help you hold them up next to each other.

People who already signed a plan

You have a contract in a drawer and want to understand the claim steps before you ever need them.

What to expect

I keep things honest, simple and focused on your car. If a plan is not a good fit, I will tell you so.
